Responsibilities
Client Service:
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for an allocated portfolio of clients
- Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with policy enquiries, endorsements, and general servicing needs
- Support client retention through consistent and proactive communication
Policy Management:
- Prepare renewal documentation, including renewal reports and market submissions
- Obtain and negotiate quotations from insurers
- Process policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and new business
- Ensure accuracy of all policy documentation and client records
Advisor Support:
- Work alongside experienced advisers and gain exposure to client strategy, risk management and insurance solutions.
- Assist with placement of risks and preparation of underwriting information
- Attend client meetings where appropriate (training and development focus)
Claims & Administration Support:
- Assist with initial claims notifications and liaise with the Claims & Compliance Manager
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal systems
- Ensure all documentation complies with internal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate client contact information and support all marketing communication activity.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Willingness to complete / completed Tier 1 Insurance Broking Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Favourable to have insurance experience
